The Sub-Faculty of Spanish will host the V Foro Cervantes on 6 and 7 March. The Foro Cervantes is a collaboration between the University of Oxford and the Instituto Cervantes in London to present to British academia some of the Spanish writers best known to critics and to the reading public. This year's session will feature Agustín Sánchez Vidal, whose first lecture will be 'El porqué de las ficciones'.

The second lecture will take place on 7 March 2017, entitled 'Quijote Welles. Variaciones sobre Cervantes y España'
