Our rooms
The Hall, in the Taylor Institution on St Giles’ Street, is our largest room and can accommodate a maximum of 185 people. We have a variety of smaller rooms with capacity from 8 to 64 people, the majority of which are located in 47 Wellington Square, on St John’s Street. Please click here for a list of all our rooms, their capacity and the AV equipment available in them. We recommend that you arrange a viewing of the room you are interested in to gain spatial awareness and discuss your layout preferences.
Room availability
Although our rooms are mainly available during the vacation periods, it is worth checking availability during term time as we might be able to accommodate you. However, please note that we can only confirm the availability of a room in a certain term, after week 8 of the previous term. E.g. we can confirm the availability of a room in Trinity Term, after week 8 of Hilary Term.
