Hayley has been Head of Administration and Finance for the Faculty since January 2012.

She is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to the Faculty Board and Faculty Board Chair, and has oversight of the Faculty's professional services team.  Her current priorities are:

• Addressing the faculty's financial sustainability
• Supporting the Faculty's research strategy, in particular opportunities for ECR colleagues
• Facilitating the Faculty's equality and diversity initiatives

She has worked in the University of Oxford since 2007, having previously worked at a number of other Universities and public sector organisations across the UK.  She was seconded to the University's Focus programme for a year to work on a number of continuous improvement projects and activities.

Outside of work, she has two young children and enjoys walking and photography.
