Congratulations to Rebecca De Souza (DPhil candidate at Hertford College), who has recently won the Nancy F. Marino Prize for the Best Essay in Hispanomedieval Studies, for a conference paper given in 2019-20 on "Destabilising monotheism; or rethinking religious identity formation in the medieval Castilian epic".

The prize is open to graduate students and Early Career Researchers, and is awarded by the journal La corónica and the Modern Language Association of America (MLA) Forum, LLC Medieval Iberian.
