Les Liaisons dangereuses is one of the most famous novels in French. It is a set text for Prelims students at Oxford. Professor Catriona Seth FBA MAE, who edited the book for Gallimard's prestigious Pléiade series, was a guest on a recent episode of "Sans Oser le demander", a programme on "France Culture." Professor Seth and host Géraldine Mosna-Savoye discussed various aspects of the novel during their conversation. Recommended listening, in particular for all freshers reading French!
