On Saturday, April 21st, 2018 we present the 15th Annual Oxford German Graduate Symposium. The event will take place at New College from 9.30 am and, titled Performing Philosophy, will investigate the relationship between philosophy and arts.
Our keynote speaker is Stephen Mulhall, Professor of Philosophy at Oxford and Fellow and Tutor at New College. The title of Professor Mulhall’s paper will be ‘Heidegger’s Fountain: Ecstasis, Mimesis and Engrossment in The Origin of the Work of Art’.
