Anna’s research project, ‘Sculpture and Aesthetics in Transnational Exchange’, explores the intellectual dialogue between German and French aesthetic theories focusing on how this exchange shaped the practice and theory of sculpture during the Enlightenment.

Anna said: “I am delighted to have been awarded this fellowship and am deeply grateful for the opportunity to further my research in such a stimulating academic environment. I look forward to engaging with the vibrant scholarly community at IZEA and exploring how Enlightenment ideals shaped artistic practices across national boundaries.”
