Professor Catriona Seth (Marshal Foch Professor of French Literature at the Faculty of Medieval and Modern Languages) is to receive an honorary degree from Queen's University Belfast, in acknowledgement of her achievements in the field of French literature research.

Professor Seth previously worked as a World Leading Researcher at Queen's, Belfast between 2013 and 2014, and serves as an ambassador for that institution and Northern Ireland.
