We are delighted to announce that the faculty leads the Guardian University Rankings, for languages and linguistics for 2023.

Professor Jonathan Thacker, Faculty Board Chair, says: "I am delighted to see that the dedication and excellence of colleagues and students in the Faculty of Medieval and Modern Languages has been reflected in the recently-published Guardian rankings.
