The recent town-hall meeting of the faculty focussed on race and diversity.

This follows up on discussions at the Faculty Board and with students last term and over the summer as well as initiatives in most Sub-Faculties and in the Humanities Division.

Over the course of the coming academic year, the faculty will devise an action plan in consultation with graduates, undergraduates, and colleagues. Professor Geraldine Hazbun, Director of Undergraduate Studies, sets out the direction of travel at the start of the meeting.
