Congratulations to Professor Patrick McGuinness who has edited the new 2 volume 'The Penguin Book of French Short Stories', a major new anthology of French short fiction from the renaissance to the present day.
The first volume, covers authors such as Madame de Lafayette, Victor Hugo and Guy de Maupassant. While the second volume covers authors such as Simone de Beauvoir, Patrick Modiano and Virginie Despentes.
